In her bid to advice me mother said - I no gree, I no gree na em dey cause trouble be polite; If dem holla at you, smile tell dem say I dey greet; If dem many, follow another road, bet make sure say u no follow nkoro way; If dem quack you, shift body tell dem sorry.    It’s an unpopular opinion that mental health issues in Nigeria just means you’re kolo. After this, any other thing is just seeming rubbish. Unfortunately in Nigeria, there are a lot of people who are seemingly okay because of the fear of negligence or stigma that comes with saying that they are either mentally unwell or destabilized.
